- Front of gallery work including phone and email correspondence, client services and sales assistance
- Create or maintain gallery documentation
- Maintain gallery calendars, appointments track special events and visitor
statistics - Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, including packages
- Ensure the gallery is always neat for every occasion, maintaining the high standards of gallery appearance both during exhibitions and in between shows
- Pack works for shipping and assisting with client installations
- Keep a record of the gallery collection

- Provide curatorial assistance and support throughout all stages, encompassing the preparation of exhibition materials, assistance with set-up and break-down of gallery openings, and aiding in exhibition installation and dismantling processes.
